Ensure your purchase invoice is handy.

Ship the product to our service center at the following address:

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it, and if eligible, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
The repaired product will be dispatched back to you within 7-15 working days.
Ensure your product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
